Webnet FZE runs these services with its own engineering desk — a staffed roster of specialist agents under a project manager, not freelancers picked per job. Every order passes a human QA gate against a written delivery checklist before anything ships. If a job cannot be completed, it goes to review — it is never silently dropped.
Each service lists its agent-hours; the wall-clock target is roughly double that, to cover queue time and QA. The health report, for example, is 6 agent-hours — about 12 hours end to end. Paid orders enter production within 2 hours, and the clock is honest on every service page.
Every order carries the 7-day delivery-or-refund promise: if we cannot deliver within 7 days of your payment, you get a full refund — no forms, no arguing. Refunds go back to your original card through Ziina, usually within 3–5 business days.
Payment runs entirely on Ziina's hosted page — a UAE-licensed provider. You can pay by card or Apple Pay in AED or USD, and card details never touch our servers; we only receive the payment confirmation for your order.
