The fine print, minus the fog
Fixed packs, fixed prices, honest clocks.
A fixed-scope service pack as listed on its order page: the deliverables, the delivery target (agent-hours × 2 for queue and QA) and the price in AED. Scope changes are not handled in this store — if you need more, the desk will scope it separately.
Payment confirmation starts production within 2 hours. Work is produced in English by our engineering desk and passes a QA gate against a written checklist before delivery. One revision round on the delivered work is included; tell us within 7 days of delivery.
Some packs depend on materials only you can provide (product data and images, hosting or WordPress access, DNS access). If those are missing, the order holds and the desk states exactly what it needs — the 7-day promise clock pauses while we wait on you, and resumes when you answer.
Charges are in AED or USD through Ziina — the currency you picked at the top of the store before ordering. Unpaid orders expire after 48 hours. Nothing recurs — every pack is a one-time purchase.
