Delivery within 7 days of payment, or your money back.

The promise

Every pack on this store carries it: if we cannot deliver within 7 days of your payment, you get a full refund. No forms, no negotiation — the order ID is the only reference we need.

The clock

The 7 days run from the moment your payment is confirmed. Time we spend waiting on materials only you can provide does not count against us; everything else does.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original card through Ziina, typically within 3–5 business days. Ask by replying to your order email or writing to hello@webnet.ae with the order ID.

Delivered work

Once delivered, you have 7 days and one included revision round. Refunds after delivery are handled per case — the promise above is the floor, not a trap door.
