The fine print, minus the fog
What we collect, why, and how little of it there is.
When you order, we keep your name, email, the optional phone number, your project notes and the order record (service, amount, dates, status). That is the entire set — the status page shows it because it exists to serve you, and it only opens with both the order ID and your email.
Payment cards are handled entirely by Ziina, our UAE-licensed payment provider, on their hosted checkout. We never receive or store card numbers. We receive only the payment confirmation for your order.
No advertising trackers, no data selling, no marketing lists from order data. We email you about your order only.
Order records are kept for as long as the order can matter — delivery, revisions, and the 7-day refund window, plus accounting needs. Ask for removal of anything past that by writing to hello@webnet.ae with your order ID.
